What Can I Do For You?

Presumably, if you’re looking for a day-of wedding coordinator, you have already made the big decisions on your own and have secured the services of various vendors -- or you will be performing these tasks in the coming months. That’s the fun part! But what about those little details that need attention on the actual day of your celebration (who will cue the musicians to begin playing the processional, who is going to make sure the gifts are collected at the end of the evening)? You shouldn't have to worry about these tasks, and your family and friends should be able to relax and enjoy this day with you, as well. This is why you are considering hiring a day-of coordinator!

I can pick up where you have left off: leave the last-minute tasks and rehearsal and wedding day details to me so that you can enjoy every moment in the company of your family and friends who are there to celebrate with you on this special occasion.

I always have your wedding date on my radar, but a few months beforehand is when gathering all the details and finalizing the day's timeline really starts to happen. I'll introduce myself to your vendors and learn what they've promised and what you expect!

I will compile a list of the tasks you would like me to oversee, and will work with the vendors and venue to create the day's timeline. I will attend the pre-event reception venue walk-through to ensure everyone is on the same page in executing the vision for your day; troubleshoot any hiccups that may arise along the way and on the day of your event; and be at the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I can stay until the last vendor has left the venue (and will pick up any forgotten shoes, phones, or earrings!).
